According to the 2010 US Census, Bardstown and Nelson County continues to be one of the fastest growing areas in the State of Kentucky celebrating double digit growth. As our population grows, so grows our commercial and industrial base of businesses. The Nelson County Economic Development as well as the City of Bardstown and Nelson County Fiscal Court are dedicated to making Nelson County a business friendly work environment.
